Answers: £294.85 on an outfit for a DOLL????????

These people are NUTS!!!!!!!!

If this was on the TV on April Fool's day , I'd go along with it -it surely can't be real !
I think I understand if a mum had lost her baby, she might feel a bit 'lost' but not to the point of getting a plastic one !
And respectable husbands going along with it -no- no way-the men I know would have their wives certified !

edit - the woman is actually walking the baby in the pram down the shops now !!

recorded it and will watch it tomorrow !

Its so pathetic.

To waste so much money on dolls.

That woman has some weird obsession.

SICK

THAT WOMAN WHO HAS GONE TO AMERICA NEEDS MEDICAL HELP.

I hope so, I was just thinking the same thing, I understand that they like the dolls but the amount of money they pay for the accessories is just ridiculous!

I didn't know that was the price-wow! Iam just confused I mean no matter how it may look the doll will never be a baby,I feel for the older lady as she adapted to life with her grandson and it's like she wants to fill his place back as she got so use to having him around..but I don't agree with the whole thing still,as for the other people I really don't understand how you could spend so much on clothes and items, the doll is artificial doesn't move really doesn't have any reactions to anything I can understand them wanting to feel as if they have a baby or are a mother figure, but this to me isn't the right way to go about it.

has that woman just made a duplicate of a baby she has lost or something?
Omg thats horrible if thats the case!

EDIT - Thanks i just watched that part. But still strange isn't it?

well instead of spending lots of money on the doll clothes, just buy normal baby clothes. the dolls are newborne size, just go to mothercare....

the dolls, were made for women who couldn't have children or who had lost a baby, its to help with the grief. a couple my mum knows has one, she says it looks real.

just been watching it on tele, and i think its sick. whats this world commlng to.

Yes,they are Nuts.Love Jo xx

That was real Alsanja...they were in my Closer Mag last week. Found it really disturbing. And to reject the doll after bonding with it for 2 f**king days coz it had a slight crack in it well as I said in Kimys question....if only life was that easy 'eh ????? And to think she found a Roberto Cavalli Bottle Holder the most beautiful thing she's ever seen...freak

totally agree with you, that woman was a loony, i can just imagine if i spoke to a woman in my local park and commented on her baby and she said"its a doll" i would have been freaked and kept my children well away from her, she didnt even try to blend in with other mothers, she had a tacky pram,(too frilly) and what mother takes her baby out and doesnt put a cover on him/her, if i were caught walking a doll in my area i'd have been sectioned by now.

very true i'm afraid, but also very sad, but like you said it a lot of money we should feel very sorry for these people, but i also lost a child 29 years ago and would never think of doing something like this thank god, like you said they are nuts!!!!

We all thoguht it was a spoof. The lady with the fake nails and gay husband is deluded. She should spend that money on a new hair cut and perhaps a few sessions of psycho therapy.
The older lady breaks my heart. The twinkle in her sullen eyes have been replaced by a glazy madness. I feel her for her husband. I wonder what her daughter thinks?
