Help my cable won't work?!
Question: I have sudden link and I just called them to fix it. The reset it and and now it does not work I can't turn it on and it won't despalay the right time

I hate Suddenlink so much mine was all messed up as well and when they reset it they messed it up more and had to come replace my box. My recomendation GET DISH
Have you tried unplugging the cable box for several minutes and then plugging it back in. This reboots the system and can solve many of the problems that might have occurred. When you plug it back in the you will have to wait a few minute while the transponders realign.
(When is say unplugging it, I mean the electrical cord)
