Are the Father Ted commentaries worth watching?!
Question: Hi, I just bought "Father Ted: The Difinitive Collection", and it says that there are commentaries from the writers, and sometimes Ardal O'Hanlon, for every episode. Is it worth listeneing to the commentaries? Are they interesting? Can you recommend a particular ep to watch with the commentary?

But seriously, I love Father Ted! Best sitcom ever.
I have that box set, too, but I haven't got round to watching the commentaries yet. The best thing would be to just pick one at random and give it a go. :)
no commentaries are worth watching, I love father Ted though.
Haven't watched the commentaries on Father Ted yet (absolutely adore the programme), but my son says they are quite interesting (but then he's only 10) x
i always listen to the commentaries, it gives you background info on the jokes origins, if your really into Father Ted then you should - the main reason i bought the red dwarf DVD's was for the commentaries
