Gilmore girls season 1 dvd?!
Question: this is a random question, but its bugging me!

so i have gilmore girls season 1-6 on dvd
and theyre all the same width, but the other day i saw a version of the first gilmore girls season and it was fatter than all the ones i had
has anyone else seen this one?
does it come with something extra???
should i have got the fatter season 1????

There is not anything extra on the newer disks, just a different method of packaging. The older style was like a book with one disk on each side of the thick plastic whereas the newer ones have 2 disks on each side of much thinner plastic.
Regardless...great show no matter the packaging!
I have not heard of any different versions of Season 1, so it may have just been repackaged. If you look on the back of the box, it should tell you what features are available, and you could compare that to the features you have on yours to know if they are different :)
I have that too. I think that during the first printing of the discs, they put them out in bigger boxes. Then, for the second printing, they slimmed the boxes down.
Content-wise, there is absolutely no difference between them.
