Yeah they need to fix this cuz of this stupid writer strike. it was suppose to air in january but now its being delayed until the situation gets resolved! :(

I have no idea...probably when ratings drop or when Keifer Sutherland gets out of jail for doing something along the lines of drugs or alcohol or whatever.

They are putting off airing new episodes until they see what happens with the writer's strike. If they air the episodes they have now, and the strike continues, there will be a gap between these episodes and the next ones. They want to wait until they know there won't be a gap.
