Lala Vasquez and Carmelo Anthony (Denver Nuggets) had a son last March, and she's been spending most of her time since then with the baby. Carmelo gave her a 9 carat diamond engagement ring. She'd DJ'd on radio in her early career then landed a job at KKBT Radio in Los Angeles in 1999. MTV picked her up as a VJ in 2003 where she co-hosted Direct Effect and Total Request Live. She started film and TV appearances in 2001, involved in multiple productions (see second link). She's 28 years old at present.
