Nope, it WASN'T "Quantum Leap", it was a Canadian-British-European co-production called "Time Traxx", starring Dale Midkiff as a time-traverling cop who travels back to present-day Toronto, London and Paris to "set history straight" and trying to capture a "Wo Fat"-type villain who resets historical events, all w/ the help of a "computer" named SELMA...
