How do you get South Park icons?!

i get mine by getting the picture off the internet, copying it onto paint, then i crop the image so the dotted line is around it then right click, select copy to, save it, then open it again, then click save as, click the dropdown menu for file type, and click the one that says JPEG and then set that as your primary yahoo 360 picture and edit your profile so that your icon is 'my 360 picture' and that should work. its sounds complicated but its really easy.
there i changed my icon to millie to prove that it is possible. lol.
