I doubt if Renee is coming back and I think they're just going to have closure now. At least for Cristian. I think Cris and Sarah will be a couple very soon. OLTL should be very careful about re-casting Renee G. (if they plan to) because of what happened with the Marty recast. Renee was popular with most fans and replacing her would cause another rift.
I saw her hand move too, but I don't think she's coming back any time soon. Cris went there just to find out his feelings, so he can decide what to do about Sara. Of course he's going to come back and find the band member flirting w/ her and get jealous. It's just another writer tactic to draw things out.
If Evangeline returns I highly doubt it will be Renee in the role. After her going after more money and deciding to leave, there isn't much chance of that happening.
I don't think Renee will be returning. I think she wanted more money than ABC was willing to pay. Maybe her hand moving from Cristian's was her way of saying goodbye?
