I'm sorry but that was NOT Star Trek. It was an episode of the old series "The Outer Limits". The episode was called "The Premonition" and Shatner was NOT in it. An X-15 test pilot crash-lands near his wife's car (of course) and they find that time has slowed down tremondously except for them.
Not a bad episode.
I don't recall any episode of the original Star Trek where time had stopped. However, there were a few when they went back in time. Those would be:
All Our Yesterdays - Kirk sent to Middle Ages, Spock and McCoy sent to Ice Age.
City on the Edge of Forever - All three get sent to Depression era. (1930s)
Tomorrow is Yesterday - 1960s earth where they encounter an Air Force pilot.
Assignment: Earth - They meet agent Gary Seven and his... 'cat'.
and the last one was:
The Naked Time - where they only went back in time three days after escaping the pull of the collapsing planet. I hope this helps! :)
