Will Dog the Bounty Hunter be coming back on again in 2008? If not for A&E, poss!

Question: haven't heard much news regarding this since the show was cancelled 2 months ago. Big bummer, I was a huge fan. Any thoughts?

Answers: haven't heard much news regarding this since the show was cancelled 2 months ago. Big bummer, I was a huge fan. Any thoughts?

I certainly hope so. The politically correct people made a mountain of a molehill about what he said. Big deal !

I was a huge fan too, until i found out he thinks i'm some sub-human. i certainly hope they don't air his show again.

in response to what you've said:
the dog is a racist; his son has confirmed it, as has his ex-wife, not even counting the racist words that came out of his own mouth.

secondly, if i should be worried about my "own" people idolizing rappers - why aren't you and the media concerned about white youth listening to hard rock and metal, idolizing rock stars who spew openly satanic lyrics and have inspired school shootings and suicide pacts across America?

it's because you'd rather pick the plank out of your neighbor's eye and not your own.

in the end, i don't accept the dog's apology because the only thing he's sorry for is getting caught. i, as well as hundreds of other black viewers of his show, lobbied to politicians to get him released from prison. we are part of the loyal viewship that kept him on the air for so long...and how does he repay us? by using the most foul and painful word in the English language to describe us in the most derogatory fashion.

i don't know how he can stand himself. even the good reverend who married him and beth is black! i guess blacks are good enough to service him, but not to be a girlfriend his son. in my opinion, that girl is far too beautiful for his son; he ought to consider himself lucky. she should be wary.

most offensively, he insulted our intelligence by trying to say that he used that foul racial word as a term of endearment. obviously, he also thinks we're stupid. his desperate attempt to lie directly to our faces shows he hasn't taken responsibility for what he's done, but rather passed the buck. he should be ashamed of himself.

what a craphead.

i'm all for forgiveness, but if he's any kind of man he'll 'fess up, admit his wrong, take full responsibility for his actions, and offer a sincere apology - not that "but so-and-so made me!" garbage he tried to pass off before.

PS - YOU are the one that needs to get a grip. White woman have been calling fake rapes out on black men for CENTURIES. how many black men were lynched simply on the word of one lying white woman? a black girl does it once and you hold on to that for eons...or all of a sudden have you forgotten Susan Smith? the whole NATION backed her and it was all a lie...and trust me, that's just the tip of the iceberg. how about the case of Emmitt Till or Charles Staurt's accusations? try picking up a book!

why are you bringing up the controversies our black leaders have had, as if white leaders' records have gone unblemished? hell, how about congressman mark foley molesting kids, president kennedy cheating on his wife, senator larry craig having adulterous sex with strange men in bathrooms, president bush's rape charges and former alcoholism, guiliani moving his mistress in with him? i could go on forever. there are certainly just as many white leaders with indiscretions as black leaders, if not more just by virtue of the population difference.

I could and would be perfectly willingly explain to u the difference in what appropriate and not with the aforementioned racial terms. the same logic is used in many different family or friend relationships and is commonly accepted. However, i don't really think you want to be educated; i think you're perfectly content to feel that you are being wronged and to wallow in your ignorance. you just want to cry victim because you're sore that you can't say whatever you want to whomever you want out of your mouth without there being repercussions. it's just too bad. you have to have respect for us and our people, or we will refuse to spend money on your business, and in the case of Dog, we will not watch your show and call for an end to it. that's what happens when you insult a large population of the people who made you famous.

Yes it`s going to be back in mid January or early February. Roy Innis who is the head or CORE and was the first person to call for the cancellation of Dog the Bounty Hunter has reconsidered after meeting with Dog and Beth and getting their side and has decided that the accusations were overblown. A&E has decided to start airing new episodes.

He will be back and people will forget and watch. Like everything else it is a choice of the person to watch or not. There is plenty of shows to watch and you are in control of your remote.
