Question: I want to vote in so many things, but apparently I have to ask for "Bill Payers" permission. I have rang so many Bill Payers, but all of them now have restraining orders against me. I cant find anyone to ask... Im getting close to actually just being a rebel and voting without asking his permission!
Just a bit scared incase he is a big man and may beat me up for not asking!!
