No good news, that's for sure.
I'd be surprised if anything is worked out before March at the earliest, and that's very optimistic. Don't be surprised if this thing carries on into summer.
Meanwhile organize grassroots boycotts in your own community of movies in theaters, dvd purchases and write to tv sponsors and let them know that you won't patronize them until the strike is over. Show them how you feel.
