Does anybody know why there is a stuffed bear in Mr. Burns' office?!

High chance is it reminds him of 'Bobo,' his stuffed teddy bear when he was a child. He lost it though, and it was revealed in an episode that Magge had it.
Despite his cruel nature, he let Maggie keep the Teddy Bear (after numerous attempts of trying to get it back.)
Maybe it reminds him of "Bobo", his beloved childhood teddy bear.
Maybe he likes it. It's a nice bear.

There was an episode about Burns and his bear when he was younger. Can not remember the name. But I think that would show some significance.
Only that it tips over once in a while and crushes him
