Daniel becomes suspicious of Amber.
Kay asks Victor to back down.

Nick tries to make peace with Victor.
Sharon struggles with telling Noah the truth.
Kay and Nikki persuade Jack to join the lawsuit.

- Victor counter sues Nikki and Katherine.
- Sharon makes a decision about her marriage.
New evidence comes to light in Ji Min's murder that could send Victor to jail.
- Gloria scrambles to outsmart Jeff.
- Sharon decides to stay with Jack.
- Nikki is touched when J.T. decides to name the baby Reed, after her maiden name.
- Nikki tells Victor that he is acting very happy for someone who is facing multiple lawsuit charges. Victor fires back at Nikki, saying that she is acting happy for someone who has just lost her business and all of her money.
- Michael calls Lauren to inform her that he is stuck in St. Louis, as his flight was canceled due to bad weather conditions. He promises her that he will find a way home in time to spend Christmas with his family. Michael enters, dressed as Santa. Lauren is overjoyed that her husband has made it home for Christmas.
- Nikki is stunned when David asks her to marry him.
- Daniel sees Amber videotaping herself as she tries on her new "Marina" disguise and practices auditioning for the "Faces of Jabot" contest.
- Michael guesses that Jeff has discovered that Gloria tainted the Jabot cream. Meanwhile, Jeff continues to taunt Gloria about his strategies to blackmail her into marrying him. Jeff tells her he plans to announce their engagement on New Year's Eve.

I love this show.there are so many good stories going on now.Where do I start. Gloria is being blackmailed by That brother of her dead husband.He wants to marry her so he can get his hands on her money.She has come up with a plan to get rid of her money and be broke and see how fast he runs.Micheal has figured out what is going on.Phyllis is busy making love to Nichols(can't bl aim her) Victoria is still in a coma.J.T. said the baby is doing so good they will let him come home next week.He plans to bring the baby to Victoria and put him in her arms. He thinks this will wake her up. Victor is still ranting mad at Nickie and is calling in her loan in full. That guy is still romancing her full time and he asked her to marry him now. When it ended today,That guy is on the phone talking to someone saying he will have lot of money soon.and, will pay them. So, he is BSing Nickie to marry him so he can get her money.She told him she is falling in love with him. Phew! I hope this catches you up on our show.
