They haven't revealed that yet but they are trying to "get close" to Johnny. Maybe it will have something to do with Sarah Brown's return. It is odd though.
They haven't told us, but I think it's a rival mob family. They did mention that if Johnny was cooperative at there meeting they would grab Lulu to make him cooperate.

All - i know is that they are working for someone - in order to get close to johnny. I thought those two people might have been working with Trevor. In order to keep johnny in line. Because Trevor was trying to keep him in line in today's' episode. So may be they are working for Trevor. Or they might be working for johnny's estranged sister. Maybe this is the opening they are going to use to bring Sahara brown back to the show.
I think they are mobsters trying to abduct her and then use her to get Johnny to come after her and try to kill him- I think Trevor is behind it so he can get control-hope he is the one that gets offed.
