Help i really like this dress/skirt!?!

Question: I really liked Tila Tequila's dress on the finale show. I would love to have something similar but i have no idea where to find it.any help or suggestions i dont need th actual dress just the skirt would work too. the first one to find the closest thing to it i will give you 10 points.
