I totally agree ! I always felt that they kept Wendy around simply for the DRAMA and the ratings it would bring.
In the end the dress she designed for the Red Carpet Event that GOT her into the Finale had to be Altered before it could be worn. It wasn't acceptable " as is ".
They could of done the same for Austin's design had they wanted to.Tweaked it a bit .
It turned out that on the Red Carpet that year a lot of the Stars were indeed wearing gowns instead of dressing down as they usually do.So I didn't agree with the whole argument that Austin's design was too " Oscarish "

i agree...i would have really liked to see 13 outifts of austin. they probably wouldve been really nice. i never liked wendy. i think her sense of style was out dated and that she was trying to design more modern stuff but its ended up looking trashy and cheap..like the first outfit made of candy and the orange thing she made for the tv host. i never really liked laura from season 3 either. all her stuff looked the same! i loved Uli..she was robbed.
