I'm sure she'll be back, although not in the person of Victoria Rowell. Chances are she's had "amnesia" and had to have plastic surgery to fix her face after the accident. I suspect what will happen is she'll come back into town and be there for a while checking out what happened after she "died" without anyone knowing it's her.
I've been waiting for that day! I swear it's going to happen, haha.
I know its going to happen too. I think it will happen when Karen and Neal decide to get married or move in together and start having a good life, because the Lily and Devon are starting to accept her. Thats when she will show up I think. .Stuff like that always happens then. I have wondered if they would recast her, I am sure if the go that route they will wait until Karen is more instilled with the Winters family.

lol. i hated that she "died" over sharon's affair with brad. that sl sucked. i want her to come back too. she's so bubbly and always getting into trouble.

they are going to bring dru back when neil remarries.
Sometime during this storyline with Lilly being the face of Jabot. She will find Dru involved in the industry somewhere but Dru will not know how she got there or anything.
They are bringing back Ashley to confuse the Nicki/Victor story line even more.
I think Dru will come back when Neil is about to marry Karen. But the same actress will not play her unless LML is gone for good! The other ones Im not so sure about.

It might happen but it won't be the original Drew. Victoria Rowell said she would not be back to play Drew and she dared them to try and replace her.
