Who's a fan of the Biggest Loser Show?!
Question: I am so excited that the Biggest Loser is starting up again on Jan.1st. I really like that show and I think it motivates me a lot to lose weight. Do you like to watch the show? Have you lost weight because of it? I have, 20 lbs last season...but probably put it back on during the holidays! LOL!!!

I think its a great show. I hate a lot about the format but I like the message and the way it motivates.

I like the show, because it actually makes people do something worthwhile to win the money. It also inspires tons of people.
I think that reality shows like this and the racce are the biggest loosers on TV! Not informative and for damned sure not entertaining!
I love this show. It is so heartwarming to see how well they do and how much healthier they are at the end. You are right, it is motivating to me too. I've lost 9 pounds last season. Good luck with your weight loss!
