And Lois doesn't actually get a brain tumor in this episode. She said that she surpresses her anger and then Brian says that couldn't be healthy...then they cut away to the brain tumor supposedly forming in Lois' brain that is singing "I'm a tumor, I'm a tumor, I'm a tumor." Later in that episode Lois is injured and the state takes away the kids from Peter because he's deemed an unfit parent...
