What Television Network Has the Best Line Up of Soaps, CBS or ABC? (YR,BB,ATWT,G!
Question: well lets break it down.
the only good show on cbs is Y&R.B&B has been sucking for the last 5-8 yrs, never was a fan of ATWT and GL has had really horrible sl the last 2 yrs or so. (its getting better with coop and ashley's relationship-love'em)
The best show on abc is obviously GH(the best soap of all the daytime soaps imo) AMC has been in a bit of a slump since they brought back greenlee and changed babe but its still ok. and i'm not a fan of OLTL but i do watch occasionally.
so abc has the best show overall. and its 2 other shows are passable while cbs has 1and 1/2 good shows (1/2 cuz cooshley isnt the whole show) and all the others pretty much suck. even if OLTL was abc's worst show its still better than bold and ATWT.
so i would have to say ABC is the best soap network.

Well I think I'm biased though but I think CBS has the best Soaps. I watch all four of their soaps. I use to watch All My Children but the story lines became boring . So I'd definitely say CBS.

ABC has my favorite soap operas. The only soap I like on CBS is Y&R, but that is even getting lame right now.

I say both of them do cuz ABC has AMC goin first which is very boring snd should take it off but OLTL and GH are da bomb CBS has the news between YR and BB which they should'nt have and BB is ONLY 30 minutes and it be better with an hour show. ATWT that show is a lil gay wit them 2 boys you know they should make that show 30 minutes.
so both of thosenetworks have flaws
got to be BBC - ITV - FIVE - CH4 ok! :o)
ABC by far. ABC has the best writers, storylines and actors/actresses.
I like both but prefer CBS.
CBS--I used to watch ABC soaps years ago. I loved OLTL and GH the best. I watched back when Kim Delany was on AMC and Luke/Laura on GH were just begining. I remember a lot of their storylines from back then. I only watch for a years years so I wasnt to vested in them as I was a teenager at the time. They were great shows and I'm sure they still are.
I moved from Utah to Ohio in 1980. That was when I switched to CBS soaps, I was in high school and my friends families watched CBS.Now I love them. I skipped a few years here and there but I always came back. I wont do that again.
ABC by along shot, they have the best talent and writers.
