Buffy and Angel shacked up for a while, and while she was in her junior year of community college she got pregnant. Nine months later she gave birth to an android baby and gained a bunch of weight. She went up to about 245lbs. and lost most of her strength, coordination, and balance.
Angel being psychically unattracted to her left one night and never returned. She began shooting meth and eventually died from a brain tumor.
The android baby later grew up and found his father, Angel, and murdered him in his sleep.
She died battling Glory, but was resurrected by Willow. With Angel gone, she turns to Spike for solace--instead of being delighted at being alive again, she misses the pure joy and peace of the grave. Spike understands this torment.They begin a love affair. When Spike dies saving the world by closing the Hellmouth, Buffy begins a whirlwind romance with Dracula.
