I've heard several spoilers for Season 4, with the new "flash forwards" being an integral part of the show along with the flashbacks. I think I remember that in the end of the show 5 or 6 of the main characters get off alive. Kate, Jack (we know that from last season), Hurley, Sayid, and the Sun and Jin.
They're going to discover the island is a huge remote controlled space ship and they're going to fly around dropping people off at their original destinations.
They, one by one, will be killed off.
