Janice Dickinson is just a b**ch anyways, but she has been in this biz long enough and has seen enough. You have to have a thick skin for that industry and Gina was way too soft. Not that Jade helped any, but when you - as Janic put it - "rat out your bitches", you feed that other girl more of your weakness for her to turn and use against you.

I think he might have felt badly for her. As the other girl said, she was kind of the weakest link, and she had some major confidence issues. I think he was afraid to hurt her confidence even more. And with Jade being so mean to her, I can understand his reasoning. But still it was a little weird. I feel that even in a situation like that, he has got to be fair and critic everyone the same.

Gina just couldn't concentrate on the competition cos Jade was intimidating her so much even though Jade doesn't realise this. During every lesson, Gina always seems to be the first to freak out and even if she's beautiful and takes really good pics, she just doesn't have the potential to be a model.
