The girl won. The pictures on the finale were amazing. I don't understand why they chose the one they did for the cover.

Maria won The Shot.
I personally think that Dean should have won. He was more consistent, more disciplined, more experienced, more talented and more skilled. He was also able to demonstrate his ability to adapt to the situation when it was called for.
However, I also think that if Dean couldn't be the winner, then Maria is rightfully next in line.
Guess it was really a close call... in the end, I think it boiled down to finesse and people skills, which I suppose are equally important in the business.
Maria won. I was hoping she would win, Dean was a jerk at the end anyways he deserved to lose.
