I think it's Two Bodies in the Lab from season one. They are working on the case of a body found in the river with concrete shoes and Booth gets blown up by a bomb on bones fridge and is in the hospital. Bones gets tied up with a bunch of hungry dogs and Booth has to come in and save her.
