oh well

Sorry, no. I liked them and thought they were very talented. I'm glad they won.

The thing about the Clark Brothers is that they are actually musicians and they do not play conventional pop music or use conventional instruments, they of course are not the greatest band in America but they were better than most of the other bands there.

By the way, use the word hate less

Love is all you need

That's the whole point of having fans pick the winners instead of "experts" - for whatever reason the majority of the people watching this show preferred the Clark Brothers over Denver and Sixwire. Not me, but the rest of the people.

I liked Denver because I love a band with a horn section (I keep referencing the old Miami Sound Machine who I saw years ago and Chicago). But I thought Sixwire was just a bit stronger than Denver in songwriting and performing. My top three would have gone Sixwire, then Denver, then The Clark Brothers.

I don't hate them (Clark Brothers), they were my least favorite of the three bands in the finals. I was disappointed they won but that doesn't make me hate them. I just didn't get why they won over Sixwire. I could understand over Denver because they are not the "traditional" type of band you hear on the radio.

As an old fart who has been listening to all kinds of music for over 40 years I found the Clark Brothers a refreshing change from the cookie cutter rock/pop/country bands that are prevalent on the radio today. I also liked Sixwire a lot but didn't really see much uniqueness in their sound. They are all excellent musicians and I look forward to listening to their CD which will no doubt be produced. DMHO has a great sound but unfortunately that style (big band, swing, whatever you want to call it) isn't real popular to the general public.
From all the blogs, forums, etc. I have read it seems as though the 'haters' are all stuck on one particular band and cannot, or will not, appreciate any band or genre of music, other than their favorite.
