They were both such wonderful shows that really captured the pain and pleasure of going to high school in such a frank, honest way, with actors who really looked like they belonged there, instead of having beautiful 20-somethings in the roles.
I loved them both...but I have to go with Freaks and Geeks...it reminded me so much of my teen years growing up in the 80's.
I loved them both and would never choose between them. That would be like picking which child you like better.

I would have to say My So Called Life and now I am really in to Kyle XY. The family seems like a clone of the My So Called Life Family :)
