Anyone else think "Journeyman" is an awesome show?!

Question: Correct me if I'm wrong, the first season has 13 episodes and it's been cancelled now. I have to say the further you look into this show, the better you'll realise how amazing the storyline is developing, especially the last two episodes gave us much more information than the previous 11 episodes adds together. The idea of "timetravelling" isn't new, but you when you mixed it with family, friendship, trust and love and all those sorts of human emotions, this show's definitely stood up for it's own. Anyone else agree?

First on the "canceled", it technically hasn't yet. They didn't do a full season pickup. However they didn't announce it was canceled, unlike Bonic. In an interview with IGN McKidd even stated they aren't sure yet. So there is a glimmer of hope.

In Nov they picked up viewers and held them which is a good sign for a show. But the ratings were still pretty low. In my opinion it was because they were in the death slot. It's hard to go against CSI:M and Bachelor. But they were gaining some ground.

What I think is going to happen is they will look at the ratings this week on the Monday ep and the Wed ep. If they improved on Monday and killed on Wednesday they will get picked up for after the strike is over. If not then this week will probably get the official "your out of here" notice.

As to the show, it started off kind of poorly. The pilot and the first real ep were sort of confusing and missing some of the strong points the show has now. I almost stopped watching it. But it really its stride in the 2 part ep where he released the kidnapped kid. That's where the show started to really fire and I feel in love with it.

I tired finding ratings for the week but they aren't out yet that I can find. So hold your breathe and hope for the best.

Yes I do, love the show sadly it looks like it's been dumped in the States so this will be the only series. It's clever the way the story comes together and grows each week.

i luv it. i miss it.
