I was a big Charlie fan too, but no i won't stop watching cuz my other favorite is John Locke even though he seems to be turning to the bad side. Don't forget about Sawyer too :)
Charlie will continue to appear in LOST, just not as a living character. Promo photos have already surfaced as spoilers that show Charlie, in black, with sunglasses and SHORT hair. Speculation is that he'll appear as an apparition to Hurley.
Dominic Monaghan is listed in the Season 4 premiere cast list.
