even though emily is dead, emily is still in nicholas' mind (her contract isnt up until may). right now, nicholas is in brazil or somewhere getting help with his blackout problem from this really good doctor. and emily went with him, because he is in nicholas' mind.

Right now Nik is in Switzerland seeing a specialist. I'm sure they will resume the storyline when Nik comes home.

Yes, he is having visions of her because of his brain tumor, but I've been wondering, where's Spencer? (I know Gr-grandma is watching him) I'm sorry, but he has a child, especially a motherless child, and all he can think of is Emily? He needs a brain transplant, or give the baby back to Jax and Carly to raise if he's more interested in NOT LIVING without Emily! No one in their Right Mind loves a girlfriend more than their child, or should.
It went exactly where all of Guza's storylines go: Straight down the crapper. He has a knack for starting big things and not following through. Supposedly the Nikolas/Emily thing is going to pick up with her as a figment of his brain tumor, but her being dead still ruins all that romance the viewers were promised.
yeah didn't you get the memo that she died? and the writers I don't know what you want from them when they are on strike. they are hoping to be back soon so failing ratings will come back up. and they were on the fast track til that woman...let me think what her name was for a second.......Mary Bishop came along and her look a like husband out of Iraq..IDK that was another example of the story line that drags on and on that i mentioned in another question/answer and Nik is off getting his brain probed so see if he is crazy because he is seeing Emily.....he will be back....
