I think David (they will need a way to get rid of him soon) Don't forget the Newman jet was sabotaged, he and Carmen's look-alike were all about getting to Dru. There was more to it than he was there to find her killer. He has a shady past with Granville Global he was a big wig (and was in trouble of some kind they swept that under the rug,) before he became Jack's Campaign manager then Nikki's
If not David that the disappeared Carson dude who was there for the money..... and that story to went to pot and had a terrible ending. I hated it.

It would make sense for it to be David because for one I don't like him and two I think he is just creepy.

I think David too. Things are going to start going in Nikki's favor with the lawsuit, she's going to start having good luck instead of bad then it will come out about David doing Ji Min in. The Victor can have a big fat I told you so with her.
I think David did it to get Victor out of the picture. He knows with Victor in the picture he will never truly have Niki. Plus he knows Victor sees right through him, and what better way to get him out of the way than to set him up for murder.

David Chow, started as Jack's campaign manager, then did business with victor, and then with Nikki
