LOST season four premiere?!

I may have misunderstood the actual season's time, but if Lost is airing all shows at this time then what's going to happen with Grey's Anatomy, which is also on at 9 on the same channel? Or is Lost setting just the premiere for that time and date?

You're right.
Lost used to air on Wednesdays and Grey's Anatomy on Thursdays but soon, Lost will air on Thursdays, starting on January 31st because it can take Grey's Anatomy time slot since that show is on hiatus.
When the strike started, Lost had a few episodes already shot (they've already written the last 48 episodes, which they will spread over the next three years, until 2010, with 16 episodes per season) but Grey's Anatomy had only one episode shot.
Now, I'm seeing ads on TV about the upcoming January 31st premiere of Lost but all that could change if the writers' strike keeps going. On January 30th, ABC could decide not to air any new episode to support the writers.
Like this week when my TV Guide and TV Guide Online and Media Center System are all saying there is a new episode of CSI: NY or NCIS...and then I realize they're just showing a repeat.
Lost is taking Grey's timeslot for eight weeks begining Jan. 31. The last new episode of Greys airs on Jan. 3. There will be no new episodes of Greys until after the writers strike is over. Hopefully the strike will end soon, but from everything I've heard, there is no end in sight.

Due to the show writers being on strike there are no new episodes of Grey's Anatomy to air! So Lost is taking it's timeslot for 8 weeks, each Thursday at 9/8c from Jan 31st.
