No the ep in season 2 flashes back to the first time he met his father. His foster father would lock him up and beat him and when Aldo found out he killed the guy and got Michael out of there. Only at the time Michael didn't know that Aldo was his dad so he freaked out meeting him agian as an adult and finding out he was the one that beat his foster father to death.
