Never liked it. I prefer Seinfeld.

It was an emmy-award winning show with top ratings for 11 years. How is that considered underrated?

It's conceivable, but I could never get into it because of the actors. It seems like a standard show of it's time, along with Taxi, or like the later Seinfeld. A lot of talking, some interesting, some not.

Huh?! Overrated, definitely!

I remember really enjoying it at the time it was first broadcast, but if I see repeats it seems a little dated and flat . I think TV has intensified in the intervening years, in all genres not just comedy.

I don't know,but I loved that show when I was a little.

Not sure why you would consider it underrated, with all the awards and accolades it received, as well as the numbers of careers it really launched.
