I was watching the "Vanstock" episode, which just so happened to be on today, and Midge mentions her at the end wondering what ever happened to Tina. According to That 70's wiki, she was just written out of the show.
She wasn't needed so they dropped the character...like Chuck Cunningham on 'Happy Days'.
She vanished.
