Did anyone watch Clash of the Choirs?!

I did. It is ok - I wouldn't say it is a must see, but it is ok. It is clean and it is nice to see real people on tv who are not backstabbing each other for a prize - although the host is really trying to stir it up though. She's pretty transparent about it, but no one is biting :) The country guy has a neat sense of humor and there is a lot of good natured ribbing, which is nice to see.
But on the other hand it is disconcerting to see choir members in some of the choirs featuring singers without low cut blouses and miniskirts. But that could be me - since I view choir music as being religious music. It just seems wrong to me.
If you are looking for christian content - you won't find much. Only Patti Labelle seems to be injecting it. Her choir's song last night was Christ centered. Their song today wasn't, but you could see that the way the choir was singing it - that they were singing about the Lord (except when the lead singer kept saying "baby" in the chorus). Patti has mentioned Christ - but none of the others have - and the people kind of seem a bit awed at the spirituality of her choir (they keep saying she is taking them back to church).
Overall it is ok. It is good background noise while I work (or type on Yahoo Answers).
Relax. No one saw it.
Besides getting the opportunity to ogle Nick Lache, it was pretty boring.

it was pretty good. patti la belle's choir was probably the best, but she has got to have one of the biggest egos ever.
nick lachee (sp?) and blake shelton's choirs were alright also. michael bolton's choir wasn't too good (focused on one guy way too much), and i didn't see kelly rowland's choir....
The only reason why I started watching it was to see Nick Lachey because he's good looking and I'm from Ohio. Luckily he was first up. After him, I turned it off.
I watched parts of it.
I saw most of the 1st choir (Nick Lachey's) because I live here in Cincy and was looking to see if I knew anyone.
From all that I saw (I missed 3 choirs), Patti Labelle's & Kelly Rowland's choirs did the best. Lachey's got blown out by them, as expected.
Yes! and the sad thing is that, that is 2 hours of my life I can never get back.
i did and i thought it was good. patti labelle's choir was the best, definitely in a league ahead of the others and nick lachey's own was the weakest. the country singer's choir was also very good considering that he said he didn't have any experience in choirs and couldn't even read a music sheet.
if you appreciate good music you'll like it.
It was very good show. Patti Labelle was best followed by Blake Sheldon, Nick Lachey and Michael Bolton. Kelly Rowland was not bad but did too much and it got confusing.
