You could tell when Simon called Rhydian, leon. And then Danny was telling Rhydian after his performance, thankyou for letting me work with you... but she said to Leon after this performance, i think you can win.
Think about it lol.
I liked him, although I do agree some of the better singers went out far too soon.

I think it was a fair decision
I was gobsmacked, I honestly thought Rhydian would win. Opera isn't really my thing, but he was the best out of a very bad bunch. I cant help wondering if it was fixed as apparently people have complained the phoneline for Rhydian was constantly engaged so they couldn't vote! I thought Leon was so so, but nothing special. If anything I think he had the weakest voice of all the finalists!
How did Leon even get into the final 12?
Yes he had a decent voice... But that's all he has!!! He had no charisma, no stage presence. How many people will pay to go watch him in a concert... All he does is stand with the mic and sing... You could get the same effect by listening to the radio...
I think he will sell records but he will not be a star!

He's another gareth gates but without the talent. He has the look, where as rhydian was a little freaky with his white hair.
Not for one second do I believe Leon won. It is another big tv/phone scam which will come to light sooner or later.

Rhydian is in another league and was too good for that stupid show! He's better off out of it as far as I'm concerned. He'll go on to do better things and Leon will sink into oblivion.........
I would rather him then win then bloody rhydian!! Who was so far up his own backside it was unbelieveable!! Had rhydian actually won then would we have Leon fans raving that the voting was rigged. Seriously some people need to get a life it wasn't rigged the line was engaged thats what happen where then are about 2 million people all trying to call the same number duh!! Get over it and just look forward to the cr*p that file out next year. At the end of the day he still got the same contract as Leon because they always do!! I think they confused last years Leona's votes with this years Leon...(coincidence their names are one letter apart?). Although they were all a bit hopeless this year!

leon had to win purely because r can only sing one type of song. talent today is not held in classical music therefore however good the singing was the varied choice of music had to win

No I can't because he is talentless, personality less and soooo boring - he had no place in the final let alone win it! Beverley and Niki should have been in the final with Rhydian.

Rhydian was by far the best singer in the whole competition. I cannot see how Leons song will be No. 1 for Christmas did not like it at all.
