Auditions for season two ended in October, I think.
Season three auditions have yet to come out but probably will around the time season two starts airing.
I'm pretty sure for auditioning you had to write a small essay on why you want to be on the show, send in a video, and fill in the application posted on the website.
The show has already finished shooting all thirteen episodes. Here's the application for Kid Nation 2 but the deadline was October 9. It's iffy anyway due to "complications".
