They also rerun them all the time just go on MTV.com and either go on shows then chose the show and watch or to the far left it will show a list of future airings. it's like allll time.
You can watch all the shows at mtv.com. Just go to shows, pick the show and you can view the full episodes. I dont know about newport harbor, but I know that Hills and Real world are on there. Good luck!

Newport harbor is my fav. show, and you can watch all the episodes on MTV.COM, you can also watch the hills on their too.
