I only saw the last 2 of the last series, so it's hard to compare really. I love it though, apart from last weeks about the postie lol, I felt like I was getting filthy looks off people on the bus the following morning !!
No it's fab, they should have more shows like it ............ and more reality of course :-)

It's the best drama on TV and it's on at just the right time. I'm ready for a cuppa and done all I have to do that day and every week just got better. Sorry it's last one and I hope there's another series soon.Thanks for the reminder !

Jimmy is a genius but i did prefer the last one. i liked it when the stories, kind of related to each other, like when you seen someone doing something in one episode, you seen them doing it in their own too!! I hope you get what i am trying to say, i'm slightly confusing myself.
Excellent series this time, as it was last year, also loved Cracker written by Jimmy McGovern.
The Street is about real people who have normal life's, and there is always a good cast of well known actors, it is very down to earth and working class.
I like other things like Ugly Betty and Desperate Housewives and CSI and all the glossy American shows, but you can't beat well written British TV.
Can't believe it's the last episode Bex, FFS it's the only decent thing thats on TV just now!
A couple of the episodes I've thought have been shite, last weeks one about the postie, I was like WTF is the point of this????? and there was another one that I thought was pretty shite as well, all in all though great series that reflects normal life brilliantly!
