Question: i used to love it
it was like a group of "teens" would get togeather and put togeather a lipsyncing act and if they were chosen to be on the show, they would get there hair and make up done and would perform with costumes and stuff it was like a contest

"Great Pretenders",hosted by the late 1990s girl group Wild Orchid (which featured Stacey "Fergie" Ferguson as one of its members). It was a lip-synch contest where the contestants would do their acts in full costume and makeup. The studio audience then chose first,second and third places to decide each episode's winner.
