I think it was Roseanne. The boy DJ didn't have one since he was the 3rd kid.
It was also recently on the Simpsons. Marge wants Maggie to become more independent and they show a shot of Maggie finishing her own baby book.
It's not Roseanne, but I remember an episode of some show where the kid (2nd or 3rd child) thought they were adopted because they had no baby book or pictures of them as a baby. Maybe Stewie on Malcom in the Middle??
I know there was a simpsons episode where Maggie didn't have one because Homer was keeping her pictures at work to encourage him.
That was one of the most touching television moments ever-- kudos to Groening.
