Yes it has. They stopped at 11 because of the writer's strike (it's a shame, the original ending was FAR better than this altered one in my opinion) so the next season will technically be '2.5' even though we will think of it as season 3.
But if the strike continues, there won't be a season 3 at all.
Yes, finished. Season 1 is awesome but season 2 is really disappointing.
It depends upon the strike. If it ends quickly then we may get a full season, or at least something close. If it drags on there won't be time and we'll have to wait until Fall 2008 for new episodes (assuming the strike is over by then).
