Question: as a beginner i would start by making your own free website!
you can do this by going to www.wetpaint.com then you will aether have to post them on youtube and then upload them onto your site or make a thread on your website asking how you can record audio and put it on your site.

download "audacity" (google it)
play around with it and u will figure out how it works pretty quickly.
record your show.
go to podomatic.com.
create an account.
then upload it.

You can try Shoutcast. Its pretty easy to use.
There's also BlogTalkRadio which is free but requires long-distance phone service to dial in to hose your show.
If you want to stream video, try Ustream.tv. Shoutcast which I mentioned earlier also offers streaming video.
