Question: If she were pregnant, it'd be the first baby during a season, but not the first born out from 2 real worlders...previously, rachel from the san francisco season and sean from the boston season married and have a couple of kids. Judd and Pam from the san francisco season are also married and have 1 child. There may be others, but those are the two I can think of.

Woah!!! I know its been a while since I've seen the show, but last I saw Kelly-Anne and Cohutta hadn't had sex. So they had sex AND she could b pregnant? OMG..... What else am I missing?

No, there are babies from other previous cast members. Judd and his wife (cant remember her name).
there are others but yhet are married and it was not on the show that the baby was conceived.

Mariebear, Judd is married to Pam. I fondly remember the episodes when he realized he was starting to fall for her and she had the crappy boyfriend. Good guy ended up with the girl after all, and they had their first baby just a few years ago.
But I think Rachel from Real World Miami had the first Real World baby, with a guy from another cast.
Those were the good ol' days of TRW, when the the show had true heart - now I'm an old fogie and I have absolutely no clue what's going on in that show. But they don't make it for my generation anymore, and that's okay :o)

Yeah - I remember when tammy had an abortion on the show. Rachel (from the Puck year) is married to Sean (the lumberjack - turned attorney) and they have something like 4 kids.
