Assuming that you want to watch it legally on UK TV...
Although the BBC bought "Heroes" Season 2 some time ago (it wasn't cheap!), it is likely to be shown on BBC2 in April 2008, at the earliest.
BBC2 had planned to start airing Season 2 very early in 2008. However, with a) some of the negative reviews of early Season 2 episodes from across the Pond, and b) the Writers Guild Strike still on-going, BBC2 has had to delay transmission. There's also no details as to whether or not Season 2 will be a shortened 13-episodes, or a full 23 episode Season like Season 1 was.
Therefore, BBC2 has brought-forward Series 2 of "Torchwood" for Wednesdays at 9pm, starting in January 2008, for 13 weeks. This will take us to approximately the end of March and into early April. At this point, BBC1 will start to air Series 4 of "Doctor Who".
By early April 2008, BBC2 and NBC/Universal in the US are all hoping the Writers Guild strike will be over, and the future of "Heroes" Season 2 will have become decided., in which case, the BBC can then decide how and when to air it.

If you're comfortable using a computer to download films and tv, you can download up to episode 11 of series 2. (It has been great so far!)
You need to get download software like bitlord or one of the many out there. Then using their search tool, or just going via google or something (anything you search for and choose to download, automatically goes to your software) and ask for heroes torrent. You'll have lots to choose from. Pick one with good health, and without a password. There are plenty of them. Depending on your connection speed, it might take half an hour or a few hours to download, then enjoy!
