Is the 4th season of Lost going to be delayed by the writers strike?!

I hope not,....I'm already irritated I have to wait until after the beginning of the year to see what happens.

I don't think that it will be delayed, but I know that there aren't enough episodes written to cover the whole season. So, they can film as many as they have written and hopefully the writer's strike will be over by then and production can carry on as normal.
Probably If the season hasn't already been filmed and edited. I doubt that the network would want to start and then stop airing the show. And reruns won't be a big hit with viewers.
It's a writers strike. Everyone around them will be affected in one way or another. Unless the script for this season was completed beforehand, you're out of luck.
No.. Lost has had everything written and produced already for most of season 4 . It will start in Feb. as scheduled regardless of the strike.
