I am looking for a tv commercial. A guy is showing his friend how to play a base!

Question: He shows him how to swing by moving the controller back and forward, and then tells his friend to throw him the ball and the friend throws the controller at the tv and breaks it. Does anyone know who made this commercial or where I can find it?
